How you can tell

Where we add an affiliate link ourselves, the button says "Book now" and the link is marked as sponsored. We also use Travelpayouts, an affiliate network, whose script can automatically turn links to partner travel brands (for example booking sites) into affiliate links. So a link marked "Visit site" may also earn us a commission if you book through it. This never costs you extra, and our Top 3 lists are our own selections, not paid placements.

How we choose recommendations

The "Top 3 by SilentMonk" lists are our own selections and are not paid placements. A commission does not decide which service is ranked first. Services change over time, so check that a recommendation still suits your trip.
